Bonus Terms & Conditions

These Bonus Terms govern how promotional credit, Free Spins and cashback are granted and settled on the Platform. They sit alongside the main Terms & Conditions, Payments Policy, Responsible Gaming materials and game-specific rules. If an on-screen promo card or in-game pop-up shows a rule tailored to that offer, the rule on that screen governs that single offer.

1) Opt-in and scope
Promotions are optional. Opting in happens from your account before or during a qualifying action such as a deposit. Opt-in confirms you accept these Bonus Terms and the “key facts” shown on the promo card. Unless a card explicitly allows stacking, only one promotion can be active at a time.
2) Balance model and order of funds
Your wallet separates cash from bonus funds. With an active bonus, the order of deduction appears on the promo card; commonly cash is used first, then bonus funds. Bonus credit itself cannot be withdrawn. Amounts turn into withdrawable cash only after the stated wagering is fully met within the time window. If the bonus balance drops to €0.10 or less, the system cancels the bonus and removes any remaining wagering tied to it.
3) Wagering requirement and contribution by game
“Wagering” or “play-through” is the total stake volume you need to reach before bonus funds (and winnings derived from them) become withdrawable. For the welcome match, the default multiple is 30× the bonus amount unless the card says otherwise.

Only stakes after bonus activation count; voided or cancelled rounds do not. If a card lists a different mapping or excludes certain titles, that specific mapping governs.
4) Free Spins
Free Spins are tied to the slot named on the promo card and must be used within seven days of credit. Winnings from Free Spins are posted as bonus funds and inherit the wagering, time limits and caps of the parent offer unless the card says otherwise. When a spin cannot start due to maintenance, the spin remains pending until the title is available or until the Free Spins expire.
5) No-deposit rewards
Occasional rewards may appear without a deposit. These must be claimed and used within seven days. When such a reward yields a withdrawable balance, the total cash-out is capped at €10; any amount above €10 is removed on withdrawal. Unless expressly enabled on the card, no-deposit rewards cannot be combined with other live promotions.
6) Cashback
Casino play can qualify for weekly cashback up to ten percent of net losses for the Monday–Sunday period. Cashback is credited weekly, carries no wagering and can be played or withdrawn, subject to routine account checks. The minimum that will be posted is €0.10 and the weekly ceiling is €10,000 per account. Cashback does not apply to sports betting and does not accrue on voided rounds.
7) Bet limits and high-impact mechanics
While wagering is active, the maximum allowed bet is €5 per spin or round unless a smaller limit is printed on the promo card. The cap applies to stake multipliers such as ante or double-chance features and to “bonus buy” mechanics inside slots; the effective stake must not exceed the cap.
8) Exclusions and fair-use safeguards
Some titles and mechanics are restricted when a bonus is active, such as progressive jackpots, extremely low-volatility patterns designed only to lock features for later, or storing bonus rounds to trigger after wagering is complete. If you enter an excluded title, stakes placed there will not count toward wagering; substantial or repeated use can lead to bonus removal and loss of bonus-derived winnings. Activity that indicates misuse—multiple accounts, payment instruments not in your name, deposit-to-withdraw cycling without genuine play—may lead to cancellation of the promotion and related winnings. When a breach appears unintentional, the Platform will normally remove the offending stakes from the calculation and let the rest continue.
9) Withdrawing while a bonus is active
You may request a withdrawal at any time. If wagering is unfinished, requesting or receiving a withdrawal usually cancels the active bonus and removes uncleared bonus winnings. Before paying out, the Platform may run standard checks—identity refresh, payment-method ownership and, where proportionate, source-of-funds evidence. Where technically possible, withdrawals are returned to the same method used to deposit; otherwise an eligible alternative in your name may be used. Live thresholds and any staged-payout approach appear in the cashier.
10) Expiry, cancellation and reversed deposits
Every promotion carries an expiry. If you do not start wagering within seven days of bonus credit, the bonus expires. If you start but do not finish within the stated time window, the remaining bonus funds and any uncleared bonus winnings are removed. You may cancel a bonus yourself at any time; cancelation removes bonus funds and bonus-derived winnings but leaves cash funds intact. If a qualifying deposit is reversed or refunded, the linked promotion and any bonus-derived winnings are cancelled.
11) Caps on winnings from bonus play
Unless a promo card sets a different figure, welcome-offer withdrawals from bonus play are capped at ten times the qualifying deposit. No-deposit rewards are capped at €10 total cash-out. Cashback has no wagering and no cap beyond the weekly maximum in the overview table.
12) Errors, malfunctions and settlement source of truth
Display or pricing errors are corrected so balances reflect the accurate outcome. If a round is voided under the game rules or a malfunction is declared, stakes are returned automatically. Where the figure displayed on a device differs from the game server record, the server record governs settlement.
13) Identity consistency and “one per person”
Each promotion is once per account and may also be limited per person, household, device, IP address and payment instrument to prevent duplication. Account identity must match the payment method used to qualify for an offer. Conflicts can result in removal of the promotion and related winnings.
14) Dutch-specific notes
These Bonus Terms are drafted for use with Dutch standards. Age and identity checks apply before paying out bonus-derived winnings. Responsible-gaming protections, including any national self-exclusion, override promotions; during an active exclusion, promotional crediting and marketing are suppressed for the full duration.
15) Changes and availability
Promotions can be updated, paused or withdrawn for fairness, legal or technical reasons. Changes do not apply retroactively to activity already completed under an offer. The promo card always shows the current live conditions before you opt in.
