Terms & Conditions

Last updated: 21 October 2025

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) explain how the Golden Panda website and apps (the “Platform”) work for real-money entertainment in the Netherlands. When you open an account, log in, deposit, place a bet, or opt into a promotion, you accept these Terms. If something isn’t clear, you can always check the help area inside your account.

1) Why these Terms exist

The Platform Rules, along with the Bonus Rules, Payments Policy, AML & KYC Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and Privacy/Cookies notice, tell you how to use the Platform. That on-screen regulation only applies to that one activity if a certain screen in the cashier or game exhibits a certain condition at that time.

2) Who may use the Platform

Real-money play is only for adults. You must be at least 18 (or higher if your local law says so) and legally allowed to gamble online where you are at the moment you play. If you appear in a statutory self-exclusion register—such as Cruks in the Netherlands—we are obliged to block real-money features for the full exclusion period. Location-masking tools (for example, VPNs that hide where you are) aren’t allowed.

3) One person, one account

Sign up for a single account and be sure to update your details regularly. None of your accounts can be shared, sold, or transferred. Personal, household, device, IP address, or payment method account limitations may be implemented to curb abuse. Be careful to use a robust password and not share it with anybody; else, you could be held accountable for any actions taken using your login.

4) Safer play and our duty of care

Gambling should feel like entertainment, not pressure. The Platform includes deposit, loss, wager and session limits, reality checks, short time-outs, and full self-exclusion. If your pattern suggests elevated risk—very long sessions, rapid redeposits, abrupt staking changes—we may step in with nudges, temporary product restrictions, or a cooling-off period. Where a Cruks entry is active, we must enforce the block without exception.

5) Verification and compliance (KYC/CDD, Wwft)

Before switching on cash play or paying out, we verify identity and age and confirm that payment methods are in your name. Under the Dutch Wwft and related guidance, we may ask for proof of address and, in higher-risk situations, proportionate source of funds or source of wealth evidence. We also screen for sanctions, fraud, and account takeover. If checks can’t be completed to a satisfactory standard, features remain restricted or the account may be closed. Records are retained for legally required periods.

6) Where you can play and technical basics

Some products require you to be physically in a permitted territory during real-money play. We use device and network signals to confirm this. Internet and service providers occasionally experience outages; while we aim for smooth access, uninterrupted availability can’t be guaranteed. Maintenance windows are announced in-product whenever possible.

7) Wallet, balances, and settlement

Your wallet usually shows two figures: cash funds and any active bonus balance. The order in which these are used is explained in the Bonus Rules. We keep an audit trail of deposits, withdrawals, stakes, wins, adjustments, and timestamps. If a number on your device differs from the game server record, the server record governs settlement. When a round is voided under the game rules or a malfunction is declared, the stake is returned automatically. If a payout is mis-settled because of a technical issue, we correct the balance when the accurate result is confirmed.

8) Deposits

Use payment instruments registered in your own name. Methods, minimums, maximums, and any method-specific notes are shown in the cashier and may change. A deposit is credited once the payment provider confirms success. To meet anti-money-laundering expectations, deposited funds should see reasonable turnover before unrelated withdrawals are processed; the Payments Policy contains the live details. Deposits do not earn interest.

9) Withdrawals

Where technically possible, payouts return to the same method used to deposit; otherwise an eligible alternative in your name may be requested. We may pause a withdrawal briefly to refresh identity, confirm payment-method ownership, complete proportionate AML/CFT reviews, check bonus conditions, or address security flags such as suspected account takeover. The cashier shows the current minimums, maximums, and any staged-payout approach before you submit the request. Progressive jackpots funded by studios are paid according to studio rules after verification.

10) Promotions and how bonus funds work

Promotions are optional. When you opt in, you agree to the offer’s specific rules and the general Bonus Rules. Expect time limits, wagering requirements, eligible games, a maximum bet while wagering, and—if stated—a cap on what can be turned into withdrawable cash from bonus play. Reversing a qualifying deposit cancels the related promotion and any bonus-derived winnings. Unless an offer says otherwise, only one promotion can be active at a time.

11) Fairness, RNG, and malfunctions

Each game includes its own rules. Outcomes are produced by server-side random number generation and game logic. This architecture protects fairness and makes settlement auditable. If a round never actually began or a malfunction is declared by the game provider, your stake comes back automatically; no ticket is needed.

12) Behaviour that isn’t allowed

No one may use someone else’s payment method, open more than one account, or play with someone else’s money. The use of location masking, bots or scripts, manipulating bonuses, or depositing and withdrawing in a pattern that does not reflect actual play is strictly forbidden. No one may use the Platform to engage in illegal activities, such as fraud or money laundering. Suspending features or the account, voiding illicit gains where permitted by law, and applying other appropriate sanctions are all actions we can take if we have reasonable suspicion of a breach.

13) Security and authentication

We protect sessions and transactions with encryption, monitoring, and layered controls. You help by choosing a unique password, keeping devices up to date, and signing out on shared machines. If we detect risk, we may force a logout, reset credentials, or place a temporary hold while we investigate.

14) Privacy and cookies (GDPR/AVG, UAVG)

EU GDPR and Dutch AVG/UAVG protect personal data. A contract (to run your account and games), legal responsibilities (like preserving Wwft records and checking Cruks), legitimate interests (like security, fraud prevention, and product reliability), and consent for marketing or non-essential cookies are common legal bases. The banner lets you control non-essential cookies and use your account to exercise data rights.

15) Complaints and dispute handling

If something goes wrong, start a case from inside your account and explain what happened, including dates, game titles, amounts, or references if you have them. We’ll check server logs and your wallet history and keep all updates in that same thread. If you disagree with the outcome, you can ask for a second review by a different specialist. Any statutory dispute routes available to you remain unaffected.

16) Dormant, restricted, or closed accounts

When an account closes—whether by you or by us—any positive cash balance not under legal hold is returned to an eligible method in your name. Bonus balances and bonus-derived winnings are not paid out. Dormant balances are handled under the Payments Policy and any applicable rules.

17) Intellectual property

The Platform, its design, code, and content, along with the games and their assets, are protected works owned by us or our licensors. You receive a limited, personal, and revocable licence to use them for entertainment. You may not copy, reverse engineer, redistribute, or exploit the Platform or game content for commercial purposes without written permission.

18) Liability and events beyond our control

The Platform is provided “as available.” We do not exclude liability the law says we can’t, but we aren’t responsible for losses caused by misuse of your credentials, outages of networks we don’t control, failures of your device or connection, obvious mistakes you could reasonably avoid, or breaches of these Terms. Major events beyond our reasonable control—provider failures, cyber-attacks, power issues—may cause delays; we act reasonably to restore service.

19) Changes to Terms and to the Platform

Laws, payment corridors, and features evolve. When we make changes to these Terms or to key features, we publish the new version on the Platform and, where the change materially affects your obligations, we show a notice in account. Continuing to use the Platform after the effective date means you accept the update.

20) Governing rules and venue

Mandatory consumer-protection and gambling rules where you play apply in addition to these Terms. For Dutch-facing use, Dutch law governs to the extent allowed by conflict-of-laws rules, and disputes may be brought before the competent Dutch courts unless mandatory law provides otherwise.

21) Interpreting this document

Headings help readability and don’t change meanings. If any clause is found unlawful or unenforceable, the rest still applies. Not enforcing a right immediately doesn’t waive it. These Terms, together with the policies and game rules they reference, form the entire agreement about using the Platform.

In short

Be 18 or over, play only where it’s legal, keep one account in your own name, and verify when asked. Set limits that suit your budget. Server records decide results; we fix errors and return stakes on voided rounds. Bonuses have conditions—read them before opting in. If anything feels off, raise it from inside your account and we’ll review it with you.
